Our company is an authorized reseller for Hewlett Packard, Compaq, Dell, Lenovo, Toshiba, Samsung, Intel, Sonic Wall, Microsoft, Symantec, Trend Micro & Corel products.  So we get free reseller support from most of them during their standard support hours.
